1995 3.8 Engine Problesm Worse When Hot

Having long-term problems with this van. Problems are as follows: First, I can feel a momentary engine bucking at highway speeds. I am confident it does not involve the fuel system. Problem seems to disappear if I apply a little more throttle--even just a bit. Thought the TPS had to be failing, but 2 different dealer checks and my own w/DVM have blessed it. Second problem is momentary cutting out and idle-stalling when hot. Doesn't happen at cold or normal eng. temp. After many searches here, I suspect the crank sensor, or possible the ignition module. Looked at what I think is the module, but can't see how to remove it. Anyone have a clear photo of it as-installed, and after removal?

Also, any opinions on what is the most likely part to fail? The engine always restarts instantly. The ignition switch has also been replaced. The CEL works fine, and it stays off. Tomorrow I'll try wiggling the crank sensor wires while it's running and see what happens.

just remove the 6 coil screws then remove coils and then the module , then you can easily remove the connector.
Both components, CKPS and ignition module, are a high risk at that age. After lots of cases on this forum plus my own, I consider them normal maintenance after those years, plus ignition cables.
Both are available new on e-bay for around 70$ each..that is where mine came from.
THe crank sensor is more of a job because removal of crank balancer.
