Thank You AF!! :)
Finally! A place for us "E" owners to share at www.automotiveforums.com! Thank you AF, you guys are awesome!!
Well, I guess I'm the first one to post in here... I don't know what to say first! My baby is a 2004, LX, 4WD, Fiji Blue... pretty much bone stock (steel wheels, even!)... upgrades to come later though! I simply LOVE my Element! It is the most versatile vehicle that I've ever owned! Recently I moved (in town) everything that I owned from my 2 bedroom apartment in my "E"! Beds, dressers, buffet, tables, chairs... even fit my 7 ft couch inside! The only thing that didn't fit INSIDE my "E" was my queen sized boxspring, but that easily strapped to the roof (and not a scratch!). The other day I took home a new full-sized washer AND dryer and they BOTH fit inside with the rear seats merely folded up against the sides! I could've fit even more if I had taken them out. Also, with 2 little kids I'm diggin' the urethane floor, no carpet thing! Trust me, I've been VERY thankful on at least 2 occasions so far! Well, again many thanks to AF! I look forward to seeing posts from other Element owners! LEGO Last edited by LEGO MY E; 10-21-2004 at 11:47 PM. |

U just gotta love that Fiji Blue. I like it more than the Electron blu offered on the 99-00 civic si's. It's darker and prettier. Hehehehe

The tricky thing about some of Hondas colors is that they change hues (sometimes drastically) in different light. Also, the colors posted on Honda's web site are far different than what you'd expect in the real world (for the Element, at least: I assume that other models are similar). What does the Electron Blue look like? I'd like to see a (real world ) pic! LEGO |

Alright, here's a pic of the electron blue on the 99-00 civic si coupe:
And here's your Fiji blue:

Cool! Mine looks EXACTLY like that one!
Both blues look almost identical in the above pics. Must be the electron blue also plays the chameleon role in the sunlight. (nice plate, btw!) |

The only difference I can tell since I've seen both up close is that the fiji blue is darker in color and has an almost changing color texture to it like you described but it's darker. THe electron blue is more vivid and noticable and has the color changing texture also.
Oh and that's not my car, I just found it on the internet. Warning: No one should stalk the person with the license plate number above

Re: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! :)
I know this is a bit late on this thread, but we have/had (just traded 2 days ago) a 2000 CR-V in Electron Blue, it's quite a bit different than the Fiji Blue. I have a GGM 03 E and love the Fiji Blue, so I can tell the difference. it's a "richer" blue than electron is.
The red/black panels 05 E is my favorite though. Quote:
