Looking to buy MR2 for project car
I am obviously looking for a MR2 that will perform. Are there certain years or models that are somewhat setup to be tuned? Or certain years/models that have certain parts ie. 3S-GTE motor which everyone seems to be in love with....or is there better engines that come stock with the MR2?

Re: Looking to buy MR2 for project car
if you are looking for one for performance, try to find a hardtop or sunroof mk2 with the 3sgte.
after that, check out: http://www.mrcontrols.com/primers/power.htm |

Re: Looking to buy MR2 for project car
First gens handle better. And if you get a supercharged mk1 and replace the blower and intake with a n/a intake and turbo charge it. 300 hp is pretty easy to make. I have one if your interested
