MR-S with 3s-gte
Hi! I need leetlle help: there is a car toyota Mr-s, wish to put there 3s-gte. I live in Moscow (Russia). Who can help me? Somewhere saw in forums the information. But it is more find of it I can not. Sorry for my english.

A MR-S would probably be more difficult to put a 3sgte into than a MK1... I don't think i've ever seen that swap :\

Why? Engines 1zz-fe and 3s-gte are very similar! And it not v8 in mk1!

The sizes of motors are similar.

the mounting points and transmission hookups are not the same. you would need to cut out the old mounts, fabricate new chassis mounts and engine mounts.
then, rewire the engine to match the car.

Probably i`m a bit late but we can do that you want in Moscow. We did similar projects before. Check our web site and call us in Moscow.
