Lightbulb turn signals

my left turn signal has been flashing quicker than normal. my rear one flashes quickly, my signal indicator by my speedometer flashes quicker too except the main one in the front of my car doesnt even flash at all. is the bulb burnt out or is it a wiring prob?

The bulb is out, if one bulb is out the relay changes where the voltage goes to, Its just like a warning to tell you that you have a bulb out
My buddy's truck did this too
