Haha! That's awesome... It reminds me of that one old thing from back in the day that had oversized tires and you could flip it over and go either way with it... Man that was fun.

Re: What do you think of my new TOY
Very nice. I'm actually rebuilding mine (HPI), but I have a car instead of a truck. I did some damage to my motor:
I think I was running it too rich, or just decked it out too much. I had that thing ported and polished all up in the motor, and the next one will have a fully built (bigger flow) motor, 2-speed, and all the fix-ens. Will be sweet when done. I don't have a place like that to use a truck, but there's tons of parking lots for fast cars.

Re: What do you think of my new TOY
Man, I used to be so hardcore into these little cars before I got a real car....I learned alot. I've got 4. I got the 2nd gen. T Maxx, a HPI RS4 2, a Duratrax Street Force GP, and a Schumacher Big 6.
It didnt take long before I got burned out on RC cars though. Its so hard to keep them running. They're always breaking and fouling plugs. There so tempermental....like everytime I drove one I would have to readjust the carb to get it to run right. ALso Every time I drove one it broke and parts arent cheap, plus you have to order them and wait for them to get there. Cost way too much money to play with those. David- To do that kind of damage I dont think you were running rich. Running rich wont do any damage besides the car running like poo poo. My guess is you were either running lean...or you held it wide open for too long. You cant hold them 2 strokes wide open for a long time.

Re: What do you think of my new TOY
Durango sounds like a deal.
Ya I had that thing WOT going down my alley. It goes from screaming to dead silent and rolls to a stop, yet to move since then. Hopefully by April or so I'll have it rebuilt and ready to roll again. This one stock got up to 50mph, pretty sweet IMO. After modding and rebuild should be 60-70 give or take. I want to custom make an exhaust for it. Want dual tips coming out the back, but probably won't happen. Also looking into a turbo setup, but can't find parts to work well enough. I rock.

Re: What do you think of my new TOY
I use to have a t-maxx truck. That thing was the shit, but the hobby was to expensive. It was just as much of a money pit as the eclipse is. Sold it a few years ago, sometimes I still wish I had it. Maybe electric though

That's awesome. I was basically looking at someway to mock up a turbo and get that on there, but can't find pieces small enough to work like one. Piping, IC and all that jazz was fine, but turbos are complicated themselves. Damn now I want to buy a motor and get working on that now. Damn you people
