Handguns are all illegal except if you are an officer or army. Um you can get special permits for like collections and stuff but you aren't allowed to have them on your person. That guy was definitely breaking the law.

Yeah... and it was kinda armed robbery... not such a good idea for homie to put it out all over the internet with his license plate on it. But hell, if I were cornered by two rednecks for no reason on a dead end road and one of them was going for a bat, I probably would have acted less rationally than that guy did.
