Smile wiring diagram for safety belt indicator

Im from indonesia, i have 2004 2WD AT CRV,
I want turn on safety belt indicator because in my country , that indicator always off, i see cable in safety belt buckle but that cable not connect to anything.
i hope some one can help me, maybe see where i should connect that cable
if can please send me photo or wiring diaghram my email is magnecor@bdg.centrin.net.id.

I wear my seat belt 98% of the time but that f* seat belt buzzer is super annoying. My goal is to find that buzzer and muzzle it or at least turn it down. Be careful for what you wish for.....
