Exclamation Screeching noise coming from engine bay

I drive a 2004 civic si with 170k miles. This noise goes away when I put the slightest pressure on my clutch pedal and when the clutch pedal is pushed at any length but comes back when you take your foot off. It normally goes away with some driving and when you are cruising but this is the worst I've heard it before. I know my clutch is almost gone and needs to be replaced but I do not know what could be making this noise. The only thing I can think of is a throwout bearing but I can not find anyone with similar engine noises. I will post a link to a video I uploaded on YouTube, any help is greatly appreciated!
