Completed 98 Corvette Roadster(Revell,3pics)
Hi guys!
just finished 98 Corvette Roadster (Revell). changed rims and added fog lamps. emblem decals looks dull so I draw by hand brush. here are 3 pics. Last edited by kunta; 05-14-2004 at 01:39 PM. |

Nice Detail under the hood.
I have a Question for you. What color did you paint the body and which did you use for the soft top. I'm planning on painting my 350Z a deep black like your vette. X1 Gloss Black for the body and XF1 Flat Black for the soft top ? Those are my obvious choices but in my tests they dont look deep enough to mimic their 1:1 counterparts. Thanks, and again awesome model

Stunning! The newer Vette's, like the NSX, designed to have have a smaller diameter wheel on the front. This makes it hard to fit aftermarket rims to them and make them look right. I found that by putting a smaller diameter tire on the front at least gets it closer to what it's suppose to look like.
