Has anyone here had any luck w/ the HKS Fuel Cut Defender or anything else comparable?

Ive never really read into anything about that. Over the years of being part of multiple forums,...there hasnt been much talk about them really. The only thing I remember reading...was that it was useless on our cars. Dont ask me why because I cant remember.
