2006 grand caravan noise
I replaced my catalytic converter 1500 miles ago. Now when I step on the acclerator and go to 2000 rpm I get is loud squealing noise from the engine area . I don't know if this is a bad cat con? or can it be a bad water pump making a squealing noise. The noise does stop when van warms up. Also, the check engine light is not on. I have also noticed water in small amounts underneath the engine but not in anti freeze just plain water after the engine is stopped and cooled off.

Flewellen1, has the coolant level dropped? Possibly a water pump, tensioner or most likely a worn belt.
