Lancer OZ rally upgrades??

i just bought a Lancer OZ rally(US model) and want to do some major performance upgrades since I'm in germany(in the ARMY) and will have plenty of cash when i get back from Iraq.But im sort of new to car modifications/upgrades so i have no clue where to start.So im lookin for any suggestions.....thanks

if you have a lancer, not an evo, you're gonna want to start with some boost from that war fund and modifications to the internals.
an HKS snail should do the trick, beef up the internals with sleeves and new pistons (9:1 should do it if you're running fairly high boost), get the basics, CAI, header, exhaust, and get the following after: boost control, cams & cam gears.

i don't suggest you running a nitruous system unless you're serious about racing or something.

even with all this, an OZ isn't much more than a grocery getter, but you're going to have an advantage over N/A civics though
