Question 99 concorde 3.2L

I am the proud owner of a 99 concorde lxi with the 3.2L engine. We just bought it and it only had 36,000 miles on it. I will of course be buying the chiltons on it but I wondered if anyone had any experiences with this engine/tranny, good or bad. Previously I had a 96 Concorde lxi with the 3.5L engine. I owned it for 3 years and loved it until the tranny went out at 125K miles. I am thinking about doing an exhaust on the 99 and also the air filter. I am also thinking about the intake sensor mod on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...904634154&rd=1. Let me know if anyone has done this and the results.
Thanks!
