Exclamation Replacing rear end gears

I bought a 91 K1500 Z71 and opened up the rear differential and there were chunks of the rear end at the bottom. How do I replace this chunk and figure out what to search for to buy a new chunk?

Spider gear or ring gear or pinion gear chunks?
