issue After chnaging battery

yesterday all of sudden battery of my 2002 camry V6 died, I bought new battery and installed. After installing new battery car will turn on as it should be.

HOWEVER, when idle for few mins 1- 3 min car will turn off. When stopping at red light it will turn off.

I asked dealer and they said computer of the car will learn automatically.

is there anything that can be done. I searched internet no help except one guy somewhere mentioned that one mechanic had to reprogram the chip in his car.

Any advise??

I have seen few threads on that topic at www.toyotanation.com. Try to search there.
