Trouble Getting Right Used Engine

I have a company that sells used engines called Affordable Engine and we had a challenging time finding a used engine for a 70 series volvo.

There were several used engines available, but the intake stamping number had to be the same. Then to make matters worse, we had to find one with an EGR valve. Finally we were able to locate one, but it was not easy.

If you are getting a used or rebuilt V70 series engine, make sure the stamping on the intake is the same or you may have some problems. You can find the stamping between the 2nd and 3rd intake.
