Angry Central Locking wont work off Key fob??

On replacing my car kit the fuse to the radio was blown. I replced this and now the central locking wont work from the key fobs, it works if you use key in the door all doors open and lock. I have checked all other fuses in the fuse box there OK.
Are there any other fuses that need checkinf? If so where are they?

any help most appreciated
Thanks in advance.

The problem is caused by water ingress entering the black box under the drivers seat....

To stop water entering the car you must remove the battery from the vehicle and scrape all the dead leafs out of the battery tray.
This is where the drain holes are and what happens is it fills up with rain water and back fills into the interia of the the vehicle.
