how does uv dye affect fluids?

What effect does uv dyes have on the various fluids in a vehicle? Does it have no effect other than to color it? ...or doea it affect the oil's lubricity or stability?

Re: how does uv dye affect fluids?

This told me how uv dye helps find leaks but not how it affects the oil. I would like to know how it affects the oil itself.
