Fiberglass PVC and Plastic
Hey guys,
Im looking to put in a custom look in my car, I need to cut away at some plastic material and push some PVC piping in to it. I was wondering this entire unit, is plastic. If I lay chopmat down on top, and I apply resign will it bond to the plastic? If not what should I do? I guess I should explain why I need fiberglass. When I put the PVC piping in for the pods its going to stick out of the top, on my dash, and what I wanted to do was put the fiberglass over top of the pods and the dash and form it all in together so it looks like it belongs right their in the dash. Thanks guys! -Chuck |

Re: Fiberglass PVC and Plastic
no it wont, your plastic will flex and the fiberglass wont, and will peel right off, you need epoxy, they make an epoxy for TPO repair ,(plastic bumpers) is around 30 bucks for the 2 tubes
