Interesting flashing lights on dash
i have a 92 aerostar 4.0.. where the left turn signal, batt,check engine ALL ON ONE SIDE
To the Right (FLASHING LIGHT) ANOTHER LIGHT THE RIGHT TURN SIGNAL.. Someone broke that rightside I have no idea what the labels are.. Please help!!! thanks |

Ask around about the Clockspring located in the steering colume. This is something you really don't want to mess with for it can be dangerous if you have an air bag.
Qaulified Mechanic should deal with the sping. The Clockspring can throw a lot of things out of wack. I have the same problem. I just drive it the way it is. I was qouted 200.00 for the spring itself. Send me a me or some one a picture of the dash and sort out the light indicaters. Do your wipers run on delay, does your horn work, does your cruise work, if you are equipt with Airbag then you will have the Air bag light flashing, 2 quick flashes then a pause and repeat itself for ever and ever, Amen.
