Unhappy 93 HEATER CORE-freeze out

Just replaced the heater core in my 93 aero(AND IT WAS FUN ha ha).
Problem is now i have very little heat, the fan is putting plenty of
air out, just next to no heat though.
However the housing around the core is nice and hot almost like
the heat is'nt being vented out of the core housing.
Is it possible i may have jammed something?(housing is coming back off).
Thanks for any help on this.

had same problem ..u-name it i replaced it.. take the plenum chamber off inside the van ( 3 screws) check around the heater core u will find a sponge seal its crap so either replace with foam and then duct tape around the edges so the cold air that passes thru the ac evaporator gets warm by not passing thru the sides of defective foam seal.. hope all we aero guys get some heat

Heater core was easy for me <Smile> after you gt the dash apart all you have to do is break the heater core off drom the insice. (break the intake tube and output tube off). Then pull the hoses out and take them apart.
