How to remove my rear dash panel on a 96 corsica 3.1L?
How do I remove the rear dash panel to get to my 6×8 speakers in a 96 chevy corsica? Or how do I take off my back seat? Or what am I doing wrong?

Are you asking about he rear package shelf, between the rear seat and rear window?

Normally, the seat back has to be removed. That usually requires removing the seat cushions to access the bolts for the seat back. The seat back hooks to the metal frame for the package shelf. If the rear seats are the optional fold-down version, none of that applies.
