99 Cavalier Brake issues

Got a 99 Cavalier had hard brake pedal - replaced booster, bled system and within approx 15 miles the from calipers lock up. Went ahead and changed front calipers & hoses but no change. Calipers release after setting for a while. ABS & ETS lights are on but they have been on for a while. Really could use some help with this one.

Thanks

Still a hard brake pedal? Is the seal on the master cylinder cap swelled up? If it is, the brake fluid is contaminated. Also, did you verify pushrod length was the same in the new booster as the old booster?
