pros & cons of v4 or v6 odysseys?

I have recently been looking to buy a used odyssey..Have found 2 that I am interested in..One is a 99 v6 w/ 114k miles..other is a 96 V4 w/ 95k miles..Would like to know the pros and cons of each b4 i make my decision..I would be using it to transport larger items a long distance and I like the gas mileage i would be getting w/ a 4 cylinder, but wonder if it would have the power i need to get up mountains w/ a heavier load, etc..Also, if anyone knows of any major problems w/ either of these models?

Well, Honda didn't make a V-4 Odyssey- the '96 is probably the first generation Odyssey produced in Japan with an in-line 4 cyl engine. The 4 cyl will work pretty hard in the application you describe. Look for a 2002 or newer V-6. Enjoy!
