94 - headlights click in and out

1st of all thanks for having this forum. It is exactly what i was looking for.

My headlights keep clicking in and out. there is a round auto delay switch right behind the headlight switch. Its currently in the off position but the lights do the same thing in any position.

I just got this car a week ago. Not familiar with all of the computer stuff. Just learned how to work the gas gauge gadgets yesterday. So if you know of a simple cure dont think i have already thought of it, i havent. I depending on this forum to get me lit back up. Is there anyway to reset the computer back to square one such as disconnecting the battery etc...

Any help appreciated.
