Need help

I was wondering if anyone could try to diagnose what's wrong with my 2000 323ci. It starts rough, like it's low on fuel or something. Sometimes it wont start on the first try but always the 2nd. It feels like there is a little less power when i step on the gas, and it sometimes shuts off at stoplights. All this started a week ago, i looked under the hood the first time it shut off on me, and noticed a tear in my intake hose. That has been replaced but it is doing the same things. Little help?

Re: Need help

1) New Air + fuel filter
2) Clean MAF sensor, and throttle body.
3) Also check your catalytic converters, a plugged cat will choke an engine out.
