Safety belts in ambulances and fire trucks

I went to Navy Show (?) in Staten Island. There were ambulances, fire trucks, police cars, and helicopters. Safety belts in back of ambulances and fire trucks are similar to those in racing cars. Why?

Think about it.

Not everyone stops for Fire, Police, Rescue, and other responders. Those belts are to protect the occupants from idiot drivers.

Re: Safety belts in ambulances and fire trucks

Absolutely, safety belts in ambulances and fire trucks are crucial. They protect first responders while they rush to save lives, ensuring they arrive safely and ready to help. It's essential for both their safety and the safety of the patients they transport.
