Headlight brighter than other on 92 cutlass ciera s

I have a 92 cutlass ciera S, 3.3 L, and one headlight brighter than other, only in low beam..I replaced both low beam headlights but the drivers side seems brighter than passenger side.Ive looked for bad ground but couldnt find anything.Dont know what else to try..Any help sure be appericated..Like i said its only one the passenger side thats dim..

Did you check the bulb plug-in and thier wires ?

Thiers a ground on both sides of the car , the right one is probly rusty or loose, ie not grounding.
I'd also check the relays/fuses.

Ive check the wires good, didnt really spend alot of times on it.But the wires and plug look good, I guess i will look into more closely..Ya know how to disable the auto door locks?.Pain in the ass when ya put it in gear and locks but doesnt open when ya stop..lol..Ohh fueses look good and relays are ok i guess, if they were bad the lights wouldnt work...right??
