1997 Chevy Paint and body work

I have a 1997 Chevy Silverado 2WD Extended cab color green-blue. The paint on the hood and roof is peeling very badly along with the hail damage on the roof and hood. There is also a dent with a diameter of about 9in on the rear left corner. I was wondering how much it would be to fix these dents, and repaint the truck black. I don't have any knowledge of dent repairs, or body damage, or painting. Just looking for some solutions.

No way to remotely estimate this, sight unseen, get it to a body shop.

Ok but is it possible to remove dents to the extent of hail and a decent size dent on the bed?
