Electric windows - not working

Hi there all.

New to the forum, on behalf of my girlfriend.

She has just informed me that both of her windows have stopped working. Can anyone give me some pointers as to what this might be?

I use a similar forum for my own car and always get great help. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Rossatron.

sorry for the late reply but i've only just found the forum! the KA's are known for a problem with water ingress into the door wiring harness at the multiplug between the door and A post. twist the plug anticlockwise to release it and it will be corroded in the plug. first thing to fail normally is the electric windows, followed by the central door locking. hope this helps.

Dan.
