My gas tank was filled with water

I filled my 86 Caddy up from almost completely empty to full with 15 gallons of water. The storage tank cracked and filled with over 4000 gallons of water at my place of business with private pumps.

They have towed my vehicle 3 times, new fuel pump, filter, new sending unit.

After 2nd tow, my engine started ticking, now it is knocking. I drive it 2 miles at a time, on a recent drive of about 12 miles, my engine became extremely hot, now knocks very loud.

I have driven my car approximately 30 miles since getting it back.

What is wrong, and do you think I should contact my employer to fix it?

Re: My gas tank was filled with water

Yeah, I'd have them fix it! Water can be very damaging when injected into an engine.
