Unhappy 1997 Lesabre - Completely Dead

I have a 1997 Buick Lesabre. The battery went dead while trying to start. I pulled the battery, recharged, put the battery back into the car and there is no power to any of the functions, lights, radio, ignition, etc. I have checked voltage, grounds, and fuses. I cannot find anything wrong. Jumped it with another battery and still nothing.

Is there a fuse or main breaker that will kill all of the power?

Help!!!

Are you sure both cables are free of corrosion and tight. Check the battery ground at the engine.

I checked continuity of the negative cables and they checked out OK, one to the frame and one to the fuse bar. I checked the positive (+) to the starter and the alternator and had voltage to both of them. The fuses are all OK. I even disconnected the positive and connected them to another battery taking the battery out of the circuit and still had nothing.
