Montero sport radio problems

Ok so here is my problem, my Montero sport here has the infinity audio system. The stock radio looks as follows (see pics) what im wondering is what up with the circle inputs on the back because the aftermarket jvc radio, does not have this, so I go to wire up the harnesses and nothing is alike, so I go online like anyone and google the speaker wire colors, they are all different than the ones on the stock wiring harness, please help im so lost and my radio and dash is torn to pieces, thanks.........
