no start need help plz

ok i have a 95 sebring lx with a 2.0 ltr dohc at transmission it has the following
no sprk
no fuel
no cel light
no battery light
no 8 volts at ckp sensor
no 8 volts at cmp sensor
the pcm is not grounding the asd relay i have two relays and two computers all grounds are good i have power from ign to pcm what could caus all of this plz help thank you

check your 20 amp fuses underhood ,it should be your # 8 fuse. mine was. a $125.00 later all it was is a 50 cent fuse.That fuse is to your starter relay fuse next to it.
