don't you have that document in html, i think user's might prefer it in plain text, and those who don't have adobe might appreciate it greatly.

Yea I am going to work on making that mod list once I get established in my new place (moving right now)

I'll post the stuff later

All that is missing now is something called "Addendum A" for one or more of the mods, unless it's in there somewhere, I am guessing that what they refer to the document that describes how to make the fabricated items (may fall under patents, but if they can make them, so can someone else)

There's scanning software that changes scanned text into regular text

Anyone happen to have a copy to run this through?

it had to be modified, i had the file some time ago, lol, the docket packet from gpo.gov had the list of thing's needed to be modified, but that file was missing the report from EPA, it was only the DOT file that was published to the public, i had th EPA doucument but i destroyed it, sory, the EPA file is the one no one has, only some few people, get your hand's on it, contact him and he'll get you a copy.

Crash Test Pictures...

Just noticed that in the crash test data, the skyline used for the crash testing was an R33 GTS2.5t NOT a GT-R like it states! I don't even think it was a 1999 either like it says, since the R33 stopped production in 1998.

I always figured if these guys crash tested skylines, they wouldn't be GT-R's. That would be REALLY expensive. They pobably picked up this skyline for less than 5 grand in Japan.
