car vibration?

i'm rather new to this forum, the porsche world, and owning a car. there are a few questions that i have to ask about my current car. my car seems to vibrate, though i feel nothing at the steering wheel. i dont think it is the engine, as the mounting brackets have been replaced, but can't be entirely sure. when i first began driving this car i used to believe my cellphone was vibrating and would frequently check my pockets.. any ideaS?

also, could people who've read this post read my "testing" post...it actually isnt a testing post but a post about the worth of my car to people who know nothing of cars. also toward the bottom there are a few ps's, there are some more questions there that i would like to know or read some opinions on. thanks

Re: car vibration?

vibration points towards the engine mounts, but you've already checked them. It can also be the balance belt, i've had one that jumped a few teeth and vibrated at about 2500rpm, check tension, and replace belt if needed. checked out the testing page
