91 Lumina Apv short in dash

My 91 APV started blowing the fuse that controls the Acc. When it blows the A/C will not work and the heater is on. The Speedo. does not work and the alarm on the light switch dings constanly. I put a breaker in place of the fuse and that worked for a while. Now the breaker must be shot and it started acting up again. I was diagnosing and the breaker was getting hot, so I just took it out. I am puzzled. Is some component shot or do I have a short somewhere. I am not great at electrical problems. Any help is appreciated!

I almost have to see stuff like that to get an idea what's happening, but I think I'd start by removing the "ding" module from the harness and see if that solves anything. They are known to cause weird problems when they go bad.
