1991 s10 please help

i have a 1991 s10 2.5 4cyl 5 speed i keep getting trouble code 25 ATI sensor/high air. i change the MIAT sensor and the air temp sensor and i still get the code. my vacuum motor works above the heat stove but i cant figure it out. its bucks really bad under at about 25mph and i tried to get it smog and its running rich ant the 25mph test but not the 15mph test. can anyone help me?

How did you get your vacuum motor over heat stove?
And what is vacuum motor?

Did you clear code and see if it comes back?

Have you got a scanner to see what your computer is reading on air intake tempt?

You have same post in S-10 forum.
Double post will cause double trouble.
Delet one and use the other.

yes i cleared the code and it does come back. the vacuum motor that controls the damper which allows cold or hot air to enter. also the engine surges while holding the accelerator steady at a low rpm. the truck runs great at any other speed except at 25mph
