2010 fusion vents sticking?

My 2010 will go to a reduced air flow seems like the vents are partially closed. This has happened 2x so far. The air flow will resume on its own. Playing with ac/heat controls does not seem to do anything. Fan is working can tell by the sound.
Anyone else have this problem before I try the dealer.
Thanks

Look under the hood for Hard plastic vacuum lines. Normally runs into firewall and also to vacuum canister. Probably cracked, broken etc..

Your Fusion needs a software update. Dealer has to do it. I had the same problem. It's stupid this stuff isn't fixed for free.
