Question 97 Aerostar

What is this hose called? It has a hole in it and maybe why it's losing power?

The one with "Caution Fan" on it is the air intake tube. If you're referring to the one behind it that is thicker than the others around it, it looks like the upper radiator hose.

Just to the right of the radiator hose, where the arrow is. It is connected to the intake tube.
