2013 dodge challenger drive train fliuds
today I changed the rear diff and the 6sp manual tremec tr6060 fluids.
rear diff took 1.6 qts 75-90 wt with LS additive.plugs required a 10MM 6pt allen . transmission took 4qts mopar atf 4 tranny fluid. almost the full 4 qts.. plugs required a 3/8 ratchet 4pt drive 3/8 inch. fill plug on the driver side . drain on the passenger side. made a deflector shield to drain the fluid into the drain pan so it would not get on the tranny rear mount. dodge supplemental says 24K miles tranny fluid manual 6SP... rear diff 48k miles. fluids looked not all that bad. 6sp manual plug should have a magnet. diff had a magnet. |

What kind of problem do you have leaking seals?

Re: 2013 dodge challenger drive train fliuds
no leaks . the fluid change was done because of the repair manual stating these fluids need replacing at this mileage. 24K to replace the 6sp manual is weird !!! it was done @45K . all fluids looked normal. no issues with the vehicle runs good .
I just put this here to help a member that was looking to do this servicing . |
