Well good luck with that lance and be sure to let us know how it goes. I really dont think your going to be able to get a good finish doing it this way but who knows.

The instructions were great! Thank you so much... followed them exactly as you said, got the dash off easily. Now, the only question I have is in reference to the door panel: Since it said I would need the GM Tool if I had manual windows, what exactly is that tool? I have a friend who owns a shop and may have the tool instead of going to GM and purchasing it for a one time use? Thanks again!

it's just a window knob puller, you can get them any parts store like Autozone, it's just used to release the clip that holds the window knob on.
