Re: Honda NSR500 (1984)
Just click on "Finishing Materials" on the left hand side and then scroll just past halfway on that page and you should see it

Thanks Imster - I found it a few minutes after I posted the question - I'm not sure why Mac didn't have those items in say "MotoGP store" tab under detail parts. Mac knows there's lots of problems with the old website and I have been to his place in Phoenix to see that he has paid a lot of money for a new website page but the new website has many problems with it too that Mac is trying to fix before he implements it. He has been very frustrated by the website designer. Thanks again for the reply Imstr Cheers John |

Imster did one hell of a job on the 84' NSR500 - his best work to date for attention to details and the BEST 84' NSR500 on the forum to date in my opinion. I can only hope when I am out of the hospital in 3 & 1/2 months time the one I plan to build will come out half as good as the one built by Imster. I Hope this can help you identify the wraps Sebasoakley. Cheers John |

The tie wraps were made from plasticard because when I built this the MFH tie wraps were not produced yet. I cannot remember the thickness of the plasticard but it was very thin (almost like paper) and clear. so you sand the surface to give it the cloudy colour and then cut into tiny strips then just anchor down with CA glue and the rest is straightforward! Once again sorry for the delayed reply and thanks heaps John for the nice comments. I hope your recovery goes well |
