Yeah, there are 5 or 6 rebuilt/updated cars out there...almost all of them in private collections. I know the most accurate is in the Peugeot museum in France.

I needed to see the on board computer, so those photos hill help me a lot!

Thanks geronimo77 !!

The Carbon Fiber work was not that hard...I did templates with Tamiya masking tape to make the work easier. It was the first time I used Modeler's carbon fiber decals, and they are just GREAT. I used a hair dryer to speed up the process.

I have a question for you guys! Specially all those vintage rally fans out there...

I know some of this cars don't have a hand brake. Does anyone knows if this particular car have one??

As far as I know, they don't. Just look at some old footage were they arrive at a hairpin... they definitely don't have a handbrake The reason behind it has something to do with diff's that couldn't be unlocked yet at that time. So when you would pull the handbrake the whole car would stop dead in its track, including the engine...

Re: WIP...Peugeot 405T16GR

Quick update!

I just turned my attention to the interior parts. Some of them had to be rebuilt or updated, like the electronic boxes and fire extinguisher (for this part I used Scale production´s bottle and added the trigger, white harness/support and safety key),

I started work in the interior wiring...everything looks like a mess right now, but next I will add all the interior parts and connect the wires where they are supposed to end. By the way, I installed the front fans and added a foot support and heat shield.

Hope you like the progress!!
