Started off with a 1996 Plymouth Neon Sport coupe "speacial addition"
Wasn't that bad of a car.. had the 16V DOHC. Sounded pretty tough. That shit the bed. Next was 1992 Eclipse GS.. That shit the bed in less than a year.. Now I have a 98 RS

Re: Bored, history of my vehicles... what did you use to drive?
-1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera 2.8L
-1995 Eagle Talon ESi 5 spd Short list... still drive both. Olds failed emmissions just the other day. Damn EGR valves ::shakes fist::. Olds only has 54K miles on it. Body is still in great shape, just a little rust. It's also the rare 2-door version.

$hit happens (aka...kids, car seats don't fit too well, and I had to become practical for a while). I hated to let that one go. Specially since it was WS6 it was like driving a roller skate, point and go. Ask the guy in the 3000 GT VR4 that tried to pick on my poor TA I added some Hotchkis suspension components, but it handled great even before that. It came from the factory with aluminum driveshaft etc. I rebuilt the TPI 350, bored .060 over ported heads, headers big y pipe, 3" flowmaster 30 series from the Y back with no cat, etc, etc. That was the nicest sounding 3rd gen I ever heard. It was pretty fast, but more of a autox type than anything. The 97 formula beside it in the pic was also mine, and after the catback, hypertech, MTI CAI, and a few other things it would beat the TA by several car lengths (when I could get traction). I beat several unsuspecting LS1s in that one even a vette (man he was pissed ). for the long post I just love those cars. Now I am the same way with my eclipse, and it won't be long before it is more than a match for any of my previous cars ( I hope, because it has a lot to live up to) .
