Re: can a del sol s beat anything
I think dumping the CRX for the Del-Sol was the dumbest idea honda ever had....

I respectfully disagree, I love the del sol. But, they are totaly different cars. Why Honda would try to apeal to the same market with totaly diffirent cars is beyond me. So I do see your point, just don't share your view.

Most del sol's that you find on the road are slow. But i have nothing but respect for the del sol VTEC's.

Re: can a del sol s beat anything
I just don't like the body used. The CRX body was just so much simpler, its a fucking little box with wheels. After a b16 gen 2 swap, its a little box on wheels that dosn't have to sit in traffic....

Ya there is no way i would give up my crx for a del sol. It looks super small but when u look inside it actually has some room in it and it weights barely anything. I dunno it just depends on the person and what they like.

Re: can a del sol s beat anything
I have personally owned both, and i am torn b/t the two. I love the tight feeling of the CRX, but i love the styling and open top driving of the sol. I think the sol is much sexier interior wise, but at the same time, you cant beat any 88-91 honda interior. The are rugged and you don't have to worry about breaking anything. If i was forced to choose one over the other, i couldn't do it.

I've never owned a CRX so I'm arguing from a position of ignorance, but I like my car so much I cant imagine liking a CRX more. I like a blend of looks and speed. To me the del sol looks better, and you can make it almost as fast as a CRX. So I chose the del sol, but im not against driving a rex. If somone wants to give me one I'll take it.
