oh, by the way are you sure you can't by repackable bearings, and your just not simply taking the time to think about it??
Go take a little trip down to an auto parts store or wherever you buy your parts and ask the gentleman behind the counter. And don't just reply with some dumbass comment...I don't think that's what this site is for and it doesn't accomplish anything |

Re: Re: Re: Re: What would you want to do if you were given this Jimmy for free?
okay, that's what I figured you were talking about, but I questioned that very thing and you kept on saying you can't pack 4x4 bearings in general.
Quote:
""Oh really, so why does my service manual state that you can only repack 2x4 bearing properly then?"" You never mention anything about the exact type of vehicle you are talking about. But it's cool though |

So now we all know that S10 4x4 wheel bearings can be repacked. Thanks guys. And BlazerLT says that S15 Jimmy 4x4 bearings are sealed (cannot be packed). What about the S10 Blazer 4x4? Are these sealed? I wonder why the bearings on the S15 Jimmy 4x4 are different from the S10 4x4? |

The s-series 4x4 bearing are sealed and can only be replaced and not packed. So no one was called out, no one was wrong, it was a misunderstanding. We both are right, I am right about the s-series which I was talking abotu and he is right about his full size having bearing that can be repacked. So how about you can the childish attitude.
