Thanks for lots of comments.
Modifying side skirts are not difficult. Just cut off and replace it with styrene strips (about 3.5mm) in correct angle.
May be I can upload WIP photos of my 3rd Mclaren gtr, I just started.

This one looks even better then 95's winner. Wonderful work and big pleasure to look at.

Please do post a WIP. I have one kit waiting for me to build myself. I would be particularly interested to know what have you done
to correct ride height on this model. I assume that beside different tires, you have to adjust/modify suspension parts as well
to get it sit lower.

Since I'm not posing my WIP...

Modification is easy. You just add pieces of plastic to raise the position of
the upper suspension parts (E12, E13) by 1 mm. Then remove the top
portion of the inner wheel housing to give a room for the tires.
The pins to hold the steering knuckles are long enough that you don't even
have to add a spacer to the lower front suspension arms to hold the
knuckles between the suspension arms. (meaning, you can leave the
knuckles loose).

Rear suspension arms and wheel mounts need a little modification, but
basically decide where the metal shaft is going to be positioned according
to the tires you want to use, and remove the top portion of the rear wheel
mounts, and add a spacer to the lower suspension arms.

You have a choice of using Tamiya GT tires, which should say "155DTM"
for the front, and "GT-R" for the rear. Alternatively, you can use a set of
four DTM tires from a Tamiya DTM kit, and use Fujimi's over-sized front
tires at the rear. This will correct two McLaren F1 GTR kits with just one set of Tamiya DTM tires.

Once you get the ground clearance small enough, like below 7 mm, the
stance should look fine. Modified side skirt will further narrow the gap
between the body and the ground.
Here are some of the tire options after modification to the suspension parts.

Thanks Fukuda san

I don't know this is the best way, but here is my method

Throw away these parts into a trash

Lengthen knuckle pins by metal rods

Replace pins for upper suspension arms with metal rods(approx. 15mm)

Now you can freely adjust wheel height.

You need to cut off the sides of engine room parts.

And shorten support stands under the parts.

Before adjustment

Lowered wheels (maximum)

For your reference
