i'm glad to hear it worked for you man, but i'm willing to bet that it was their(howell) fault, i mean come on, they could of told you from the begining that they couldnt get in touch with crower.

They did say that they were having problems getting a hold of their rep. But that I don't believe. It doesn't take 3 months to try to get a hold of someone (especially sales). Trust me, I know. It's not over until I get my product.

Glad to see that your finally getting some results but thats crap how there saying that they've sent numerous emails, but you haven't gotten any. If they sent so many emails to you, why didn't they pick up the phone and give you a status report, if the emails were unsuccessful at getting a response. And I believe that the only reason that you are getting results now is because you turned them in, otherwise they could just keep pointing fingers until you give up.

I know that's the only reason why I'm seeing results. I don't have all this time to sit around and wait, so action was needed. Again, I'm not considering anything done until I actually get my parts.

I checked on my account at Howell which I used to do about 3 times a weeks to check on the status. There were never any changes. Now, there's 'updates', saying that they spoke to me on 4/23 about this and changed this... ya that wasn't there before at all. They're covering their tracks and correcting their mistakes. I don't care, as long as everything turns out fine.

And best of all, if I get these things this week, head swap will be June 8 and 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally and I can't wait!

Update:
Everything was taken care of. Got the Crane springs/retainers in today and called off the BBB on Howell. Case is closed and good.
